Colour: Clear, bright with green tinges and a slight spritz

Bouquet:
Bouquet Delicate, but intense perfume of Elderflower and white
floral notes along with a waft of freshly made Turkish Delight

Palate:

A pretty, but purposeful mouthfeel with some real balance
between texture and freshness.Those familiar flavours of elderflowers and white florals are now
accompanied by subtle hints of lemon/lime pith and a faint touch
of quinine around the edges. These are followed by a fresh long
finish working seamlessly behind to provide some unity and a
wholly satisfying after taste.
